Michelle Geange is a self-taught artist. Born in the 70's in Hawera, Michelle took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon, and getting her first film camera at the age of 8.
Throughout her childhood she developed an appreciation for her majestic surroundings in both the physical and spiritual side. She would often sit for hours with pad & pencil, or sit in a meadow sketching. Years of artistic expression made it clear that her life would be centered upon her passion for art and photography.
Michelle is a part-time freelance photographer. She now lives in Auckland with her family but still has strong ties and devotion to Taranaki.
Michelle is an imaginative person who is driven by an incredible passion for self-expression through photography and painting.
2008 surpassed expectations and has so far been the best year yet for creativity and photographic opportunities. 2009 looks so far to be shaping up to be another good year.
Michelle has developed an innovative style that blends precise realism with abstract expressionism. Her use of vibrant colors and strong lines make her work an excellent choice for a wide range of projects and purposes.
